The Power of Dad

Dads are awesome and a great dad makes an incredible difference in a child’s life.  My husband is the best dad I’ve ever met and my kids and I are blessed to have him in our lives.  We have four boys and it is truly amazing to me how he understands them and spends time with them individually and can connect with each of them, even though their personalities are so different.

I thought I loved my husband more than anything the day I married him, but each day that I see him with our children, I love him even more.  I know my kids adore him and love to be with him whether it’s wrestling, playing football in the yard, having him coach their sports teams, working along side him, or listening to his funny stories.  We are thankful for him each and every day, as he makes life wonderful.

“When it comes to Being a Dad, it’s the Little Moments that Power the Biggest Smiles.”

Oral-B and the March of Dimes have partnered together this June to celebrate dads everywhere. Check out this awesome #Powerofdad video showcasing the Power of Dads everywhere.

I am loving this campaign, as I think it’s important to recognize the love and support dads give us each and every day.

We received an incredible new toothbrush from Oral-B to check out, the Oral-B Black, and it is amazing!  Makes the teeth sparkling clean and fresh, and will give you a smile worth showing off in pictures.  My husband loves it!  This would make an excellent gift for Father’s Day, as it is something every day will enjoy using. Visit www.powerofdad.com to view the different touching stories and photos of dads, print a $7 coupon for the latest awesome electric toothbrushes from Oral-B, and learn more about the campaign.

  1. Oh he sounds like an awesome dad and that is pretty cool touch brush. Might consider that as a gift for my husband. He’s so hard to shop for.

  2. What an awesome campaign! I have to admit, my husband is an amazing Father and it makes me jealous I never got to experience that as my Dad was always away at work and we were primarily raised by my grandmother.

  3. Love to see positive stories about the power of dads. Mine was always there to support my sports dreams and crack corny jokes too. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Beautifully written! My husband amazes me everyday at how amazing he is with our kids. I couldn’t have asked for a better father of my children.
