Visit the North Pole

Now that the holiday season has kicked off, we are looking for great ways to get in a festive and jolly mood. One way, to be sure, is to visit the North Pole, well….at least the North Pole Festival! The North Pole Festival is a brand new Christmas attraction to Utah, located at the Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy. We were invited to check out the venue this weekend and it was a blast!

The North Pole Festival is a Christmas themed walk-thru event. When you arrive you are delighted with a wonderland of glistening lights–over 1.5 million, actually! It’s so fun to explore underneath lighted tunnels, see gigantic Christmas trees and get excited that the Christmas season is here. Take time to participate in special activities like snowball soccer, ornament decorating, letters to Santa and hourly light shows. We loved the interactive light steps that you play on! Be sure to stop and grab lots of photos-there are tons of great backdrops if you haven’t had a chance to do your Christmas pictures, yet!

It was fun to take little ones to this event and see how much fun they had! It’s a great family-friendly event that everyone in will enjoy. Our littlest friends didn’t want to leave!

The North Pole Festival opened up last night and runs throughout the holiday season, ending January 2, 2022. You can purchase your tickets online and select your time slot, with two sessions each evening.

Right now, one very lucky The Mommy Avenger reader is going to win a pair of tickets for themselves to visit the North Pole Festival! To enter, email me at themommyavenger@hotmail.com and tell me your favorite Christmas activity. Be sure to follow them on Instagram @northpolefests and like their last post! Winner will be picked on or about December 5th, 2021, so get those entries in! Good luck!
