I’ve had lots of baby gifts to buy this summer. Lots of new additions coming to families everywhere and I couldn’t be happier to welcome them all. I absolutely love buying baby gifts! They are just so much fun. While I no longer have little babies in my home, I definitely have a lot of expertise when it comes to having them. I did have four of my own! I love to give a gift that is practical and fun. I was never really into getting all the baby gear, much more of a minimalist actually. I know all too well that you can end up with a ton of baby gear that you never or hardly ever touch.

For baby gifts, I like to give something that will get used and won’t add to clutter in a home. One thing I know for sure is that it is important to give baby time on the floor to stretch, grow, and explore on their backs and their bellies. I am loving Little Big Friends products, especially their Ocean Activity mat with arches!

This playmat is soft and comfy, first and foremost, a great and safe place to put your baby down to play. It is so cute. I love the Ocean theme, but there are other themes available, too. The color scheme is soft and muted, directing baby’s attention in all the right ways. It features ten different multi-sensory activities to boost your baby’s development. Ideal to play with at all different stages as your baby grows, they can play on their backs, tummies, or sitting up.  The multisensory activity toys encourages early motor skills for your baby to roll over and move his arms and legs to reach the colorful hanging toys. If I were having a baby of my own or a friend who was, this is a gift I would love to give them. It will be used and enjoyed for quite some time and can be passed down to another baby when they finally grow out of it. The quality is absolutely lovely and I highly recommend Little Big Friends products to anyone in the market for little one’s activity toys. I love the soft cloth of this playmat and activity arch, but you have to check out their wooden ones, too. They are just too cute!
