We absolutely love GoSports for great games, both indoor and outdoor. There are so many great gifts you can choose to give from them this year that will be great for every member of the family. Love Cornhole? Yeah, we do, too! They have the greatest sets, very high quality and durable. We love their LED Cornhole set complete with travel case perfect for tailgating or the backyard that enables you to play in the dark!

For those cold winter days, we are loving their tabletop games, perfect for the whole family. Check out their Air Hockey Table and their Tabletop Foosball sets. They are so much fun and there is no large space commitment necessary. You can simply set up the games on a table or floor for everyone to enjoy. They come in a couple of different finishes to match your decor, too. You will be impressed by their quality. They are great to have for the family, parties, get togethers, you name it. They make amazing gifts!

Pickleball is sweeping the nation. Have you tried it yet? It is a blast and everyone we know is into it. Gift your family their own set of paddles and balls so that you can play it, too! GoSports has a great set online perfect for your needs for the beginner to intermediate player. We are very impressed with their quality, but shouldn’t be–everything GoSports makes has been well crafted that we have tried.

You can’t go wrong with a classic game like chess. Especially, if it is a handcrafted American-made maple wood set from Across the Board. These beautiful sets are lovely to display and are so well made that they will last generations to come. Peruse their website and you will find lots of classic games, custom games, and sports games.

I love picking up games from The Op Games: usopoly. They take a fun spin on classic games and tailor it to pop culture favorites. You can choose from any of their categories to pick the perfect game for your family or whoever is on your list. Remember, when you give games, you are giving the gift of quality time away from screens and giving the opportunity to connect with people–something we all desperately need! Are you a fan of Disney Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas? There are so many great options to choose from like Disney Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Clue, Yahtzee, and Jack Skellington vs Oogie Boogie Checkers. Head over to their site and you can find tons of categories of your favorite brands–I’m quite partial to Harry Potter, of course. I love that they even have Monopoly Ted Lasso edition–that’s most definitely going under the tree this year! If you want to even get special holiday themed games, they have Elf, The Grinch and National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation!

New this year, is the family-friendly game Lyrically Correct. This is a game I can really get into and actually get competitive with. I love trivia and I love music and lyrics. This party game is tons of fun and has several expansion packs that people of all ages can enjoy. 90s and 2000’s Hip Hop/R & B Edition, The OBG: Oldies But Goodies featuring music from the 1960s and 1970s, and 80’s Mixtape to name a few. You will be surprised how much fun it is to play!

Want a game of brutal honesty? Try Priorities. This group party game, best played with people you are familiar with like close friends and family members, has you picking cards and ranking them from love to loathe. Then everyone else in the group has to guess the order of your likes and dislikes. Makes for some great conversation and lots of laughs. I love that it is not complicated to learn and everyone can get in on the fun. A great game for all ages!

Do you think that age is just a number? Play You’re Getting Old against your fellow millennial friends to determine who’s managed to hold onto some semblance of their youth! With moving your mini-avocado playing piece along your path to getting old card, there are 300 available cards with prompts. Each features two prompts: an “Old” prompt like “ You’ve scrolled through Spotify and thought to yourself, “Who the hell are these people?” If you have, woah you’re getting old and need to move forward a space. You can regain your youth by answering the “Redeem” prompts on the cards! The first player to reach the last space is the loser. The player with the lowest space wins the game and gets the satisfaction knowing they are younger…at heart.

For party games, we can’t get enough of Big Potato Games. With a variety of games available for different age ranges, you can’t go wrong with games like The Chameleon, and Sounds Fishy, For even bigger parties, Herd Mentality is an excellent choice (you can play with up to 20 players!) that is a total blast to play. These are great to have for holiday gatherings or game play year round.

Like epic games? You will most definitely want to try out Lord of the Rings Adventure Book Game from Ravensburger. This is a game best suited for 10 and up and you can delve into the journey as if you are going on it yourself. A really fun game you can spend a lot of time doing. Scotland Yard is another great family adventure game to get this year. Play detective on the streets of London in this thrilling whodunit. For Disney enthusiasts, we recommend Disney 100 Labyrinth, the newest edition to the game families have enjoyed for over 30 years. Ravensburger also has wonderful puzzles, too. We love their collection of Disney puzzles celebrating 1oo years of Disney magic, like this one of Merida from Brave.

Winning Moves Games has a ton of great options, a lot of old school ones, which we especially love. I love playing the games that I grew up on with my kids, such as  Monopoly the 1980’s Edition13 Dead End Drive, and Pass the Pigs. They also have new updated takes on favorites such as Risk Europe and Pass the Pigs Big Pigs and a new mashup Monopoly Scrabble! A great way to spend quality time together at the holidays and throughout the rest of the year.

Some of my very favorite games are the oldest and might very well need to be introduced to your kids. Winning Moves has an abundance of these classic games to play with your family. Checkers is always fun to play and a great building block to learning to play Chess.  Clue Classic Edition is always super fun to play. This is exactly the version we had as kids and it’s just as much fun now as it was then. Of course, there are fun party games like Twister that will have your whole crewing cracking up in no time as you get tied up in knots. No matter which game you choose, you will be spending quality time engaging with the ones you love the most, and that is priceless.
