Break out your fedoras and dust off your grail diaries, because Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade is headed back to the big screen this month—courtesy of Fathom Entertainment—and I am SO here for it.

Back in 1989, I was that wide-eyed kid clutching my bucket of popcorn, completely swept up in the magic of Indy’s world. There was adventure, mystery, booby traps, Nazis getting exactly what they deserved, and, of course, Sean Connery. It was everything. Seeing it in the theater back then was an unforgettable experience—and now I get to relive that thrill with my own family. Full circle, right?

And yes, I may or may not be more excited than my kids.

If you’ve somehow missed this gem (and honestly, we need to fix that), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade follows our favorite whip-cracking archaeologist as he sets off to rescue his kidnapped father, who vanished while searching for the Holy Grail. What starts as a personal mission quickly escalates into a globe-trotting race against the Nazis for one of history’s most sacred relics. It’s packed with iconic lines (“He chose… poorly”), epic stunts (motorcycle chase, anyone?), and one of the best father-son dynamics ever captured on screen. Harrison Ford and Sean Connery are chef’s kiss together.
