The Monster Jam World Finals in Salt Lake City was an unforgettable experience, bursting with patriotic spirit, roaring engines, and jaw-dropping stunts. Held over the 4th of July weekend, the event was a celebration of motorsport and American pride. From the moment the first truck engine fired up to the fireworks finale, the energy was electric. Flags waved in every direction, several teams, including Megaladon and Grave Digger had American flag designs for their trucks which was so fun to see.

The venue was absolutely packed with fans of all ages, and the event delivered nonstop thrills. From the Pit Party full of driver meet-and-greets to the high-flying freestyle competitions, every moment kept us on the edge of our seats. The sheer size and power of the trucks is always awe-inspiring, and the stunts—especially the backflips and high jumps—never get old. Music, lights, food trucks, and fun zones made it an all-day festival for families. And despite the crowds, the event was well-organized and full of energy without feeling overwhelming.

But what made the whole experience truly special was how much our kids loved it. We’ve gone to Monster Jam many times, but this was our first World Finals. With over 20 different trucks competing and some of the track going all the way up into the stands, this was like nothing we’ve seen before. Our whole family was absolutely captivated from start to finish. As usual, Grave Digger and Megalodon have long been the crowd favorites but Sparkle Smash and Monster Mutt put on an amazing show! Our kids were completely enthralled. It was the kind of pure, wide-eyed joy you hope for as a parent. Rice-Eccles stadium was a perfect venue for this event. The Monster Jam World Finals entertained us and it created memories our family will be talking about for years.
