This summer is the summer of concert, it seems. Everyone is on tour and it makes for a great entertainment line up. To begin my concert going experiences, we will be kicking it off with Smash Mouth as they open the 2023 Summer Season at SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre!

I can’t wait to see this feel good group live, as they are the soundtrack to part of my youth. Stop and think about how many great songs they have and you will be amazed. Songs like “Walkin’ on the Sun,” “All-Star,””Can’t Get Enough Of You Baby”, “Then The Morning Comes” are just some of the immensely popular tunes that played the radio back in the late 90s and early aughts. In fact, so many of my favorite movies from that time period had Smash Mouth in their soundtracks. So, of course, my kids know them and love them, too.

On Saturday, May 27th, they will be gracing the outdoor stage for SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre in Orem, Utah and you won’t want to miss the opportunity to see them!

With the proud introduction of the hugely-talented new frontman Zach Goode, Smash Mouth is shockingly improved and utterly re-energized.

The New York City-born, Los Angeles-based Goode boasts a dazzlingly impressive, never ending list of stage credits as both actor and singer. His beautifully rough-and-tumble…yet pitch-perfect and rangy…vocal style instantly proving a perfect match for Smash Mouth’s beachy brand of high energy Alt-pop.
