Soma could be my favorite store for pajamas and under garments.  Their quality is unsurpassed. I love this beautiful blackberry and gold sleep chemise.  The material is silky soft and well made.  The straps are made of satin and has a lace bodice with gold embroidery within.  Even after washing, the chemise looks as good as the day you bought it.  A wonderfully luxurious nightgown she will absolutely love, that can be paired with the matching robe.

 

 

 

For all the special occasions that you are invited to around the holidays, it’s important to have a great outfit to wear.  I have found the perfect one from White House Black Market and I love it! This pleated taffeta midi skirt is the perfect weight and fit.  It is satiny smooth, with a fuller feel to the skirt.  I love the detail of the skirt, it is lined and sewn so well.  It is so very flattering! Can you believe it is also machine-washable? Even better for busy moms out there, right? Pair it with the lace crop bodice top available on the site for the perfect special night out, or experiement with other tops, too.  It is very versatile! It even comes in black, silver, or red.  I found the top was so flattering and pretty!  Definitely my favorite new outfit!

I love unusual pieces of jewerly and think the jewelry found at Etsy shop Villa Sorgenfrei is totally unique and pretty. Inside these sterling glass studs are real dandelions.  You can pair it with a matching necklace, as well.  These pieces are handmade in Germany and are absolutely stunning in person. The shop is an absolute pleasure to shop from and your gifts arrive beautifully and quickly.

 

Speaking of unusual and out of the ordinary, I have to introduce you to LauraStouderStudio on Etsy.  Laura is a fabulous artist that creates one of a kind pieces that will look amazing on any woman.  I was introduced to the art of raku pottery when I was a teenager and fell in love with the look of it.  I don’t get to see it done very often and I was so excited to find that Laura uses this ancient Japanese art form in her jewelry making.  Look at these necklaces–absolutely gorgeous and hand crafted by this talented woman. She offers unusual earrings, too, for those that adore a more bohemian feel to their jewelry. These earrings are made of raku pottery and silk, with copper wire.  So pretty!  The cool thing about raku pottery is that no two pieces will turn out the same.  You never know just how it will turn out, except you know it will be incredible.

I absolutely love this gorgeous raku pottery ring holder.  Makes a beautiful addition to any dresser, doesn’t it?  It’s a great place to keep your keys or small jewelry pieces.  Gorgeous!  The colors brought out in the pottery are shimmery and so stunning.  I can’t recommend her jewelry enough.  You will love each piece!

 

 

 

For those on the go this winter, take your gear in some high-end holiday printed canvas boat and corduroy totes from Crab and Cleek.  They were featured on Oprah’s Favorite Things, and we totally get why they were.  This nautical east coast company has some seriously fun prints and the bags are so roomy.
