Following the Freedom Trail

Boston is one of my very favorite cities.  There is so much to see and do there and the history is so rich.  If you haven’t been, you’ve got to go!  Stroll through Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, enjoy the mix of modern and colonial buildings of the skyline, and follow the Freedom Trail to the North End, where you can find historical spots all along the way.  Go to the Old North Church and see where the lanterns were hung on the night Paul Revere rode his horse to warn the colonists that the British were coming.  Step inside and see the where prominent families in the Boston community would sit every Sunday. You’d be surprised to know there are over one thousand buried in the crypt below the church.

So much to do, you could go back over and over again, but here are a few pictures from our afternoon in Boston.
