I love the relatively new tradition of Ugly Christmas Sweaters.  I think it’s really fun, and I’ll be honest, I love the way they look.  It’s fun to wear a lighthearted, over the top display of Christmas.  I am of the opinion, the more over the top, the better.  This year, I am loving the light up sweaters online retailer UglyChrismtasSweater has, such as A Christmas Story light up leg lamp and the Griswold’s house from National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.  Show off your favorite Christmas movie and wear an ugly sweater at the same time? I was introduced to the yummiest treat when introduced to Crave Brother cheeses.  I absolutely love cheese, but had never really tried mascarpone before.  This gift basketseemed kind of unusual, but turned out to be one of my favorite treats ever.  You can make the mascarpone caramel sauce recipe, included in the gift basket, or pair the candied pecans with the plain cheese.  It’s absolutely heavenly.  I don’t know how I’ve gone without this in my life before now, but now that I have it, I want to share how great it is with everybody!  You can select from several different gift basket selections for gifts for your favorite people.  Be sure to check out their website!

This pretzel gift basket from Eastern Standard Provisions is one of Oprah’s Favorite Things and one of The Mommy Avenger’s, as well.  These gourmet pretzels are the end-all-be-all of baked goodness. I can’t believe how soft and delicious these pretzels are after being warmed in the oven.  I want to give this assortment of pretzels to all my favorite people and my family.  Good thing they have a subscription option available, too, as this is going to be a new staple in our home.  You will love these incredible treats!
