I have some huge Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans in my house.  Lately, I feel like their room is dripping in turtles.  So, when I had the opportunity to try out the latest 3D Deco Light from 3DLightFX that feature the turtles, of course, I had to jump at the chance to make my little bug-a-boos happy!

This awesome nightlight had my kids totally excited when it arrived!

It comes with everything you need to put it together: the turtle face which lights up with an LED light powered by batteries, a vinyl decal to appear as if the face has broken through the wall, and easy mounting hardware.  You can choose from all four turtles.  We received Michelangelo and couldn’t wait to put it up on the wall.

I hate complicated things, so I was thrilled to see just how easy putting this light up actually was.  I opened the package found the light, inserted batteries and then got to work on the vinyl portion.  This was so simple!  All you had to do was take the backing off the sticker and place on the wall where you wanted it to be.  Then, rub the paper against the vinyl to make sure that it was properly adhering to the wall.  Slowly pull back the top paper and when it pulled away, you had the “break through” on the wall.  Didn’t even take me one minute!

Something I really appreciated was that the spots to add the hardware were marked on the vinyl, making it so simple for me to know exactly where to put the hardware.  No measuring and no guesswork involved (yay!  I have limited patience for that sort of thing).  Put the hardware in and place the turtle head on and you are ready to go.  A great feature is that the vinyl is completely removable, so if we decide to finally repaint the bedroom, we can take it down and then reapply when we are done.

The light looked cool and emitted a significant light that would make for a great way to see your kids, help them see when they get up in the middle of the night, or offer some comfort.  My kids just really like the way it looks in their room.  Since my boys share a room, I am thinking we will be picking up a Raphael one, as well!  You can purchase your very own Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3D Deco Light at Target.com or in Target stores everywhere.
