To be honest, I don’t love lipstick, I have always been more of a chapstick or lip gloss girl. DesignHype, another very hip etsy shop has one of my favorite, unique pieces of jewelry.  Cuffs that map out your favorite city’s transportation system.  Totally unusual and creative, these wide silver cuffs have the city lines systems etched into the face of the bracelet.  I love their London cuff as I was able to wear it in London and actually quickly use it as a guide to where I was supposed to go!  But, now that I am back home, I can just reflect on the fabulous memories I made while wearing it.

One of my new favorite gift ideas is a beautiful basket made from women in Rwanda.  This colorful and intricate bowl makes a great centerpiece and a great conversation.  It is hand woven from sisal and grass fibers and each bowl is unique.  Each purchase helps the artisans in their homelands send their children to school and put food on their tables.  So you can feel good knowing that you made another mother around the world help her family.  They are stunning!
