{Spring Break: Las Vegas} Hollywood Cars Museum

During our trip to Las Vegas over Spring Break, we tried to do some off-the-radar things. We had a great time! One of our last stops of the trip was to the Hollywood Cars Museum. Pop culture is always fun, and so is some nostalgia. You get both when visiting this quirky and unique museum. This privately owned collection of cars boasts some pretty incredible ones!

It’s always cool to see things you’ve seen on the big screen with your very own eyes, isn’t it? This warehouse is loaded with some very familiar sights. When we pulled up, I recognized the yellow cab immediately, it was from Scrooged. Seeing that to kick off the tour, I knew we would be seeing some great automobiles.

Cars from TV shows from the 50’s and 60’s, as well as some of my very favorites 80’s shows, like Knight Rider and The A-Team were here! So cool to them up close!

I remember seeing Batman in the movie theatre back in 1989 and here, I got to stand right next to the actual Batmobile from the movie. I had no idea how massive it was!

But the end all be all, for this girl at least, had to be seeing the Delorean from Back to the Future! Back to the Future is my all time favorite movie, so it was incredible to see it up close. I wish I could have hopped inside, but alas, that was not to be.

The cool thing about this museum, is that there is a different ultimate car for everyone. So many familiar cars from shows and movies that it’s hard to pick just one favorite vehicle, you will just be geeking out over seeing so many favorites!

I don’t want to spoil the museum for you, so I’ll leave you with photos from just these cars only. Just know when you are in Las Vegas next, making a stop at the Hollywood Cars Museum will be a really fun diversion from the ordinary for both adults and kids!
