Halloween is creeping up fast (how is it October already?!), and this yearâs lineup of new toys and activities has all the fun and none of the fright. Whether youâre planning your familyâs costume game, looking for screen-free play ideas, or just want to sprinkle a little spooky magic around the house, these new arrivals totally deliver.
Here are a few of my favorite Halloween finds to grab before they disappear into the night:
đŻïžÂ PLAYMOBIL DĂa de los Muertos Set
PLAYMOBILâs new DĂa de los Muertos playset is a tiny, beautiful way to introduce kids to this vibrant celebration of love, memory, and tradition. The bright orange cempasĂșchil flowers, colorful table setup, and thoughtful little accessories make it more than just a toyâitâs a story in a box. Itâs the perfect blend of play and culture, and honestly? It looks super cute on a shelf, too.
đ»Â BIZYBOO Halloween Seek âNâ Find Busy Bags
If youâve got a little one who loves to fidget, squish, and explore, these BIZYBOO Halloween Busy Bags from Vango Toys are a must. Each soft, squishy bag hides 30 mini Halloween-themed treasures (think bats, ghosts, and candy corn) for kids to findâno mess, no cleanup, and 100% quiet-car-approved. Choose from Giggly Ghost, Friendly Frankenstein, or Playful Pumpkin. These are toddler gold.
đ The Stack-O-Lantern by Hey Buddy Hey Pal
This is one of those why didnât we have this as kids? inventions. The Stack-O-Lantern lets you safely carve or decorate your pumpkins and stack them into spooky towersâno power tools, no glue, no chaos. Just snap, stack, and pop in the included LED tea lights for that glowing Halloween porch perfection. Ours survived a rainy night, and the lights still looked amazing.
đ”ïžââïžÂ Costume Party Detective by UltraPRO
Game night just got a Halloween twist. In Costume Party Detective, everyone shows up in disguiseâliterallyâand tries to unmask the others while keeping their own secret identity. Itâs light strategy, a lot of laughs, and perfect for families or older kids who love mystery games. Bonus: the meeple figurines in costume are ridiculously cute.
đ Sticki Rolls Creepies by Sky Castle
Okay, these are adorable. The Sticki Rolls Creepies are wearable sticker bracelets that combine âcreepyâ and âcuteâ in the best possible way. Each capsule is packed with bold Halloween character art and collectible accessories your kids (and, letâs be real, you) will want to wear all October long. Great for classroom treats or non-candy Halloween goodies!
This year, skip the sugar crash and treat your little monsters to toys that spark imagination and keep the fun going long after the candyâs gone. đ§Ą
